I specialize in negotiation and have extensive training and experience in this field. I am proud to be part-owner of the first Keller Williams Realty Market Center in Cleveland, because this company is so deeply committed to educating and supporting its agents. This environment regularly affords me the opportunity to use my former classroom skills and training with our agents.
My own training is a never-ending process, that's something that is in my blood. Currently, I am involved in mastering the emerging technologies and systems that are radically changing the real estate business. This transition is enabling me to offer powerful advantages to my clients in many new and exciting ways.
Technology and systems are only tools, however, they are not ends in themselves. I use these tools to support my proven business methods and philosophies. Over the years, I have found that making my clients feel as if they are my only client, and helping them to grow in significant ways, generates the most satisfied clients. I've been fortunate to have so many satisfied clients that my business is mostly based on the referrals and repeat business they generate.
As a lifelong resident of the Cleveland area, who grew up in Shaker Heights and is now living in Pepper Pike, I enjoy the Greater Cleveland area immensely. When not busy working for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jeffrey, and I have two grown children who are both married. I enjoy traveling, playing golf and bridge, and practicing yoga.
